Programs and results
What we aim to solve
In order for any society to remain healthy, a strong and vigorous arts program is essential. Rochester, NY is currently still one of the poorest cities in the country, and we hope to employ hard-working and dynamic arts entrepreneurs here who will continue to make this city vibrant and who will have connections to the greater arts community.

Goals & Strategy
Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.
Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
What we're looking to do now is to continue making a name for ourselves and making an impact both within and beyond the Greater Rochester community by raising the quality of our work and employing more professional actors.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Just keep doing great work.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have a location right in the City of Rochester. We also have a fairly large internet footprint.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have been programming for just about 3 years now. So far we have only been able to offer one AEA contract per production to professional artists, but aim to increase that number in our current season, providing for budgetary concerns. We have located and secured a permanent space in Rochester to rehearse and perform.
